Request a return for the belt only and enter the size you need in the return reason.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it — lightly tried-on or tested is okay — but it must not be excessively worn, dirty, or damaged. The belt should be free of jobsite debris, stains, or heavy wear, and include all original components and packaging.
If your belt shows signs of heavy use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no cost for customers in the contiguous U.S. 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided once the return is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
