Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it — lightly tried-on or tested is okay — but it must not be excessively worn, dirty, or damaged. The belt should be free of jobsite debris, stains, or heavy wear, and include all original components and packaging.
If your belt shows signs of heavy use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
